Our Programs

The Hope Clinic provides affordable, comprehensive care to the uninsured, underinsured and indigent in Gwinnett County. This includes specialty service referrals and prescription assistance when indicated.

The Hope Clinic provides an acute care alternative for the uninsured, underinsured and indigent to reduce the strain put on the healthcare system caused by Emergency Room overcrowding.

The Hope Clinic provides preventative medical care for conditions related to metabolic syndrome including diabetes, hypertension and heart disease.
