The Hope Clinic relies on grants and donations as well as the support of the community to fund the clinic's operations. Through the kindness of talented and generous individuals in our community, the Hope Clinic has been supported year after year by the following programs:
Grace Arbor, an older adult day program of First United Methodist Church of Lawrenceville, has developed a program where members of the church provided materials to build birdhouses to be built by Grace Arbor participants. The birdhouses are then offered to the community for $100 donations, with all proceeds benefiting the Hope Clinic.
Hope 5K Run
Founded in 2009, the Hope Clinic 5K run includes a 5K road race, one-mile fun run and a health fair with all proceeds benefiting the Hope Clinic. In the past, the Hope Clinic has received support from nursing students from North Georgia College, as well as number of community sponsors to hold the event.
Outback Steakhouse Charity Dinner
The Hope Clinic has a fundraising dinner catered by Outback Steakhouse held during an annual equestrian event, the Atlanta Summer Classics. Outback Steakhouse provides food for the event, and the Hope Clinic also hosts a corresponding silent auction. All proceeds from ticket sales and the auction benefit the Hope Clinic.
Memorial Donation Program
Donations can be made to the Hope Clinic to honor or memorialize a loved one in lieu of flowers.
Circle of Hope Awards
Every year, the Hope Clinic hosts the Circle of Hope Awards dinner and fundraiser. The event honors physicians in private practice in our community who have graciously partnered with us to provide care to our most needy patients, as well as recognizes volunteers and citizens of the community for their contributions and volunteer work.
Join the Hope Clinic at any one of these upcoming events. Call Jessica Geller at the Hope Clinic office for details on the event you wish to attend.
